About Me
Christopher Aceves Jr. is a costume designer, educator, and creative artist with a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Theatre with an emphasis in Costume Design from Concordia University Irvine. In 2022, he received the National Costume Design Award from the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF) for his costume design work on Endgame by Samuel Beckett.
With experience spanning costume design, prop design, and theatrical craftsmanship, Christopher has developed a passion for creating imaginative costumes that blend storytelling, historical research, and conceptual world-building. His work embraces projects ranging from contemporary garments to large-scale fantasy creatures, always seeking to enhance narrative through thoughtful visual design.
Known for his optimism, adaptability, and collaborative spirit, Christopher approaches every production with creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail. He is committed to fostering an open, welcoming, and supportive creative environment where collaboration thrives and every production becomes an opportunity to tell meaningful stories through design.
